The UW Marching Band Percussion Section is one of the hardest working sections in the band and is also one of the most difficult sections to march in. Therefore, every year, the members of the percussion section vote on who they feel is the Most Valuable Percussionist. The person selected represents a leader to the section not only on the field but off the field as well. Many quality individuals have won this award over the years. Here is a list of those people.
